Jazz Toys, Ltd. is excited to announce a three-part series of toys and games under the brand name, “Noah, the Creature Teacher™.” In addition to delighting children, these toys and games will thrill parents, educators and anyone who works with children. Why? Because in addition to being fun, durable beautifully designed toys and games, the products are multi-lingual, multi-cultural, and even educational, focusing on nine learning objectives.

Noah, The Creature Teacher™ Game
An exciting twist on the timeless, classic game “Go Fish,” this 3-D game consists of a sturdy, colorful 12 inch long ark that opens like a picnic basket (and doubles as a carrying case), 26 pairs of beautifully sculpted animals, two wild tokens (Noah and the dove), four animal reference cards imprinted in seven languages, game instructions also imprinted in seven languages and a 30-second timer.

Noah, the Creature Teacher™ doubles as both a game for group play or as a toy for individual creative development in children. Jazz Toys made significant investment in the design and manufacture specifications for the individual pieces, resulting in an extremely high-quality, stunningly designed collectible product that offers years of fun and enjoyment. The company plans to launch additional creature sets with themes such as Pre-historic Creatures, Creatures that Bark and Endangered Creatures.

Noah, the Creature Teacher™ Interactive
A CD offering nine unique and beautifully designed activities offering varying levels of difficulty. Also aimed at children ages four to eight , the CD reintroduces the same familiar animals from the ark game and is hosted by voiceovers from a group of cheerful children.

The following are brief descriptions of some of the nine exciting activities on the CD:

Colorful Creatures: Children color pictures on the computer or print the image and color them on paper. Images can be erased, saved, printed or emailed for the same screen on which they are created.

Ark Builder: An interactive puzzle that allows the child to build the ark and has a timer that enables the child to compete against his precious accomplishments.

Where's the Pair? This version of the timeless game Concentration uses the jungle creatures to promote memory skills

Create a Scene: Create a beautiful picture using a variety of different creatures, plants, skies, ground covering, etc. The pictures can be erased, saved, printed or emailed from the same screen on which they are created.

Matching Games: A variety of fun matching games including Heads and Tails, Name Game, Fur and Features, Creature Features and Lunch and Munch.

In addition, as each new creature sets is released for Noah, the Creature Teacher™ - such as Prehistoric Creatures and Creatures that Bark – a new interactive CD featuring that set of creatures will be released.

	Are these toys and games just for fun, or will a child learn by playing?
	All three products in the Noah toys and games series are highly educational: First, the Noah game includes instructions and reference cards in seven different languages and also teaches the following nine fundamental learning objectives: Hand-eye coordination Memorization Alphabetizing Spelling Counting Sportsmanship The concept of pairing Animal recognition Following rules Second, the Travel Edition cards offer three different card games of varying difficulty, teach eight fundamental learning objectives and are available in English, Spanish or French. 	Can a child play with the game alone as well as with others?
	Yes! In addition to serving as a fun, educational game for 2-4 players, the Noah game is designed to serve as a wonderful toy to stimulate imaginative freestyle play.
	I understand how the toys and games are multi-lingual, because they incorporate many different languages, but how are they multi-cultural?
	While a toy or game based on ice hockey may not be completely familiar to a child in Mexico City , animals are known and loved by children worldwide. All the toys and games in the Noah, the Creature Teacher™ series are multi-cultural in that they are based on popular, universally recognized creatures.
	Is the game durable?
	A child should be encouraged to lead her ark on creative voyages, such as tumbling it across make-believe oceans that are actually rather rigid toy chests and sturdy bedroom furniture. A child shouldn't have to treat a toy with kid gloves. That's why the Noah game is specifically engineered to withstand the demanding rigors of everyday play. The game's ark is built of high-impact, .08-inch think plastic. Rather than crack or shatter, all doors and roof panels are designed to disassemble and break away under excessive forces, yet these parts reassemble easily and will remain firmly in place during normal play, storage, or carrying. Individual ark parts have been screwed together for additional strength. The 26 pairs of animals have been designed, sculpted and manufactured to withstand the rigors of everyday use, meaning they can withstand countless adventures by energetic little hands. All animal parts are molded from high-durometer material to ensure stability and prevent warping, particularly of extended parts, such as animal legs or ears. And the painting of each piece uses a decoration process, which assures proper adhesion.
	Can I purchase the toys and games form the Jazz Toys web site?

	You say the Noah game is expandable. What does that mean?
	When a child has mastered the original 29 pairs of animals or simply yearns for more, several additional sets of creatures will be available, including Prehistoric Creatures. Endangered Creatures, Creatures that Bark, Creatures that Crawl, Creatures at Home on the Farm and Range, Water Creatures and Creatures with Wings.
	Are the toys and games safe?
	Product safety is by far the number one priority of Jazz Toys. The Noah game meets or exceeds toy manufacturer's standards for safety and reliability, and the game has undergone rigorous testing by an independent lab using standards established by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Division and the Toy Manufacturer's Association. The game parts are specifically designed such that no part is small enough to fit in a standard child's “choke tube” and all parts are free of heavy metals. All doors and roof panels are designed to eliminate possible “pinch points,” and all parts are molded to avoid potentially sharp edges. The entire toy will meet or exceed toy manufacturer's and retailer's standards for safety and reliability.

Angela B. Francise, Manager of the Stockton Management Group, L.L.C.

Graduating with a BS in pharmacy from Xavier University in New Orleans , La. in 1987 and an MBA from Houston Baptist University in 1997, Francise worked in the healthcare industry for 15 years. She started her career as a staff pharmacist and worked her way up to serve as hospital administrator for a major hospital company, where she was responsible for generating many millions of dollars in revenues and managing eight hospital areas. These areas included service and clinical areas as well as accreditation processes. She is published in her field and has served as a consultant to other healthcare companies. Francise's background has given her the ability not only to manage large and complex projects, but to quickly analyze business needs, determine the need and systematically design the approach that will achieve the desired outcome.
